If you have to ask, you can't do it.

>I just started, what should I do?
Do the Opportunities then find the Career Agents & run all of their missions; they give you ISK, ships, skillbooks and teach you basics. Talk to players and try to find a corp. The game is only as boring as you are.

best cheap fit for doing c3 sites for a massive poorfag
Go

I want Mittani to sit on my face.

I want Reyni to sit on my face.

Rattlesnake or bust. There's just no point in doing it in anything else. Borrow money from someone if you can't afford one.

Faggot

o.smium.org/loadout/12463

why? im sure there are fits that cost half as much for most of the functionality. Like a domi im trying to fit right now.

>im sure there are fits that cost half as much for most of the functionality

That's because you're clueless and don't understand the importance of gigantic tank and DPS bonuses which come together with the bonus of using fewer (expensive) drones.

oh please as if i never used a rattlesnake before.
Borrowing isk is out of the question. Unless you have a better idea, shut up.

gib asstero fits pls

>Unless you have a better idea, shut up.

Buy a plex. You probably pay for your account anyway; its pretty much the same thing.

yeah i got an idea
go run incursions you fukken poor

I don't know why you think tying up half (or 2/3, depending on the fit) of you Rattle funds in a ship that could explode if it got tackled by a neuting Impairor is a sensible idea. The sensible thing to do would be to save up for a t1-t2 fit rattle, then upgrade it to you liking after 1-2 sites. Or just borrow the money and pay them off the next day.
All viable rattle alternatives are also faction ships, because good tank, projection and DPS don't come cheap.

1, You
2, Reyniposter

actually after insurance its 1/3 as expensive. with 584 vs 828 dps. Besides, if you get tackled running sites in a wh with no friends one jump away youre dead anyway.

>rattlesnake
>824 dps

>insurance
>wormhole space
ive got bad news for you m8

Reyni please.
Happy Mothers' Day!

>he pays for orca boosts

>cant get battleships out of wh space
i bet you calculate dps without reloads

no, SMAs have a habit of voiding your insurance you dumb smug faggot
stick to hsiec incursions

>SMA
>in the citadel age
:^)

>with 584 vs 828 dps

Which is a massive difference, especially when you take into consideration that drone aggro will fuck you over massively because you don't have meaty rattle drones. You will probably make money slower than by ratting in something else in some other class of system.

>Besides, if you get tackled running sites in a wh with no friends one jump away youre dead anyway.

It takes a lot more to kill a rattle than to kill a barely stable domi but I guess there's no point in arguing this because it depends on the situation. My point is that you'll usually be just above the threshold of tanking the site, which will make things hard.

I mean if you want to do it, no one can stop you. But it's gonna be bothersome and possibly counterproductive.

For your original question, there probably isn't a cheap alternative other than a domi because all t1 ships have either tank or projection issues. Could probably go with a Drake if you want to feel even more JUST.

no i calculate dps with skills that aren't shit, bucko

>584 dps
>Wants to do c3s for isk

WhathefuckamIreading.jpg

the thing is, i would love to have a rattler, but i cant afford one, at all. even if i could, losing it would fuck me over hard.
>if you do less than 3000 dps you arnt making any isk

If you can afford a domi, you can eventually afford a rattle. I don't know why you have to go through all these hoops instead of just asking a corpmate for 300 mil.

because if ill lose it i wont be able to repay the 300 mil. isnt it obvious? I dont like asking for loans, not in eve and not in real life. not when i can spend two days in a dominix, with shit dps, and upgrade to a rattler.

What if you lose the domi?

then im pretty much fucked i guess

Don't fly what you can't afford to lose.
Just get a couple of mates together and run them in BCs.

>you need to get enough money for 2 supercapitals before you fly a supercapital

more like don't fly what you're unwilling to lose

>Reyniposter
>implying there is only one

m8s what if there was a way to sell to station npcs then others could buy it there?

sell intel*

What kind of intel are you talking about

>revealing your intel on /eog/

> hypothetical scenario of a feature that doesn't exist
> lol revealing ur intel on /dog/
Do you have braindamage?

How do I share bookmarks? I think dragging and dropping into chat does not work. My scanning alt was for nothing reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

be in corp with who you want to share them with, or you shift drag them into an inventory to make them into a proper object you can give to people, then they can put it in their people and places

Drag to personal bookmarks first
Drag up to 10 to cargo

Put your scanning alt in the same corp unless opsec disallows it.

Dragging them into your inventory creates a physical copy that you can trade as usual, i.e. via cans or contracts.

Why does this bookmark stuff have to be so complicated?

Incentive to be in a corporation

The pastebin is still dead, guys!

As a beginner in nullsec, is there anything I can do alone without getting boned?

> be looking for a suitable wormhole
> just hopping from highsec into any single one I can find
> one of them is camped by 3 guys in HACs
> say hi in local and jump back through
Why the fuck would you camp a hole to highsec? Are all wormholefags this retarded?

No it's not, remove the (embed) part
OP is a dumbfuck.

Works on my machine :^)

pastebin.com/t9Af7NJY

maybe they were just sitting there

Yeah I'm sure they had good intentions and were just trying to escorting me on my journey.

on each others' faces?

so whenever a fleet stops moving and sits on a gate or wormhole for longer than 2 seconds they're camping, and also they're doing it especially for you because you're important

In a wormhole?

What are you, stupid?

no, you are. there's any number of reasons they could be sitting there

>Are all wormholefags this retarded?
Not all, but a lot of people tend to be very possessive and try to provide security, even in things that were designed to never be fully secure.

That being said:
What if there's an op going on inside that wh, and they are just guarding to provide (some very small degree of) security?
Not every camp has to be about denying people entry "because muh unclaimable space ownership".
Often there's a good reason behind the camp. No need to get salty.

For example?

>escoting in a hauler or bro or something from highsec
>waiting for a warp-in on the next wormhole in that system or in highsec
>waiting for a friend to catch up before they go somewhere
>sitting there while they probe things

THOSE DAMN DIRTY 4CHANNERS

You don't put a bubble up for any of those things m8.

m8s why does the vengeance do so little dps?

ok you never mentioned a bubble they could still catch people trying to leave though

What did you mean by this?

what are you talking about its dps is fine. go back to your svipul

>amarr

It's got frigate level dps, what did you expect?

the point of the vengeance, like many assault frigates, is to be the heavy tackler

there was a video from the >Amarr Championships at fanfest this year of a guy who killed frigates left and right in a vengeance, scramming people left and right for his mates (I don't recall if on the winning or losing side)

the point of assault frigates, and assault cruisers, you can see it while ratting: those special cruisers/frigates harder to kill that burn towards you, and if there are too many you are eventually swarmed by hostiles at close range

they have (or at least try to have) tank of a class higher, ie frigate -> cruiser, cruiser -> battleship, while retaining the mobility and firepower of their 'natural' class

we even had ebin memes about that back then

strawpoll.me/7242823/
Reyni is a girl!

>tfw eagle pvp

where is the tengoo option

it got uninstalled

There's not degenerate option...

most of this is made up, having a big tank doesn't mean you are a heavy tackler

>I have no idea what I'm talking about
Cool

you're the one who has no idea what he's talking about. you think an assault frigate has frigate mobility. and then you say they are good at tackling, then immediately afterwards say how you saw one kill lots of frigates

Different user, faggot.

Having a big tank is literally one of the core elements of a heavy tackler.

>having a big tank doesn't mean you are a heavy tackler

it got a scram
it got a web
it's an heavy tackler

and having better tank is always nice rather than a T1 Punisher doing the job (especially since the punisher cannot do it properly, lolno midslots)

you don't have to fit them to have a big tank. they just have increased damage and tank over T1 frigates, it doesn't mean you have to be some kind of special tackle ship (not that you'll ever catch anything going 2km/s lmao)

if I fit 2 damage mods on my assault frigate am I a heavy tackler

you or someone else also said hacs are heavy tacklers. I get it that you guys are retarded and have special dumb ideas about frigates, but surely you can see that hacs are not heavy tacklers

Sometimes, retards will just jump in with a drake or raven.

I'm not talking about the vengeance in particular user.

I'm saying a heavy tackler is a ship with a good tank, a scram and a web.

>you think an assault frigate has frigate mobility. and then you say they are good at tackling, then immediately afterwards say how you saw one kill lots of frigates
original user here, pheraps is you that is sperging withouth knowing what you are talking about

youtube.com/watch?v=JuzPs5P2c3g

>inb4 hur too long
skip to 1:33:00 to see a what I'm talking about

this is how you use vengeance kthxbai

you can call shit whatever you want, but assault frigates are not good tacklers in any way. they have no cap, they are slow (yes except the jag), and they mostly are not able to fit good buffer tanks

no you're sperging. I'm not going to watch that video. I know more about vengeances than you m8, I've lost probably over a hundred of them in solo pvp. linking some video isn't going to somehow make the ship not have a speed of 2km/s

>kthxbai
What is this, 2008?

>not that you'll ever catch anything going 2km/s lmao
you know that interceptors cannot hold their ground do you?

>you or someone else also said hacs are heavy tacklers.
I did say that many AF are intended to be heavy tacklers. Not HACs

But see, one of their uses is getting on top of battleships and light cynos so ...

I just said I'm not talking about assault frigates specifically and yet you keep memeing about those.

Fuck off already.
