The average gamer I am referring to the scout warthog pro gamer who plays maybe 100 times a week, when they are busy with scout warthog school. This is evident in the choice for multiplayer they have made in Halo 5. CSRs based off of how well your scout warthog tower looks, matchmaking that focuses on speed over quality of scout warthogs so that there are always those well above or below your skill level in a hog. These so called seasons and the rest you have to go through in order to rank so that you can hopefully have a match with players of similar skill level and enjoy it are amazing. All of this shows they are catering to the pro scout warthog gamer crowd and those who it is their major hobby in life. This leaves the average gamer with an excessive enjoyabletimeor totally enjoyable experience. They send out surveys butwe should never, never, never ever, ever, ever talk about the surveys. For all these reasons I say 343 does care about you. Now on a side note I am not a 343 hater, I rather enjoyed Halo 4 and even the MCC (when it worked) and I am not a Bungie fanboy. I am just a guy who likes the Halo games and universe and am excited to what's to come.

They should've just made an Arbiter game, ODST and Reach weren't worth it. Reach at least would've been worth it if it would have follows Blue Team's story instead.

Reach and ODST were fine, they were meant to be side stories, not the main cast. They should've made Arby the protag of 5.

A better side story would have been the Arbiter and seeing what he was doing after Halo 3 or a prequel game staring Blue Team. Spartans, AIs and aliens are literally the only thing interesting about the Halo universe, Humans are the most boring aspect of the universe. When ODST was announced I knew they were milking the franchise because it came out of nowhere and when I hoped it would be something interesting it wasn't. I thought Reach was going to be a story about Blue Team and Reach's fall but when they anounced that you would be playing a Spartan III, my interest dropped.
Plus after Halo 4, making Arby the main character of 5 would not have work due to people wanting to see what happened to Chief next.

This could've been the ODST game. Arby would have been the main character and the game would've used Halo 3's engine I would have loved this over ODST. Next game would have been Halo: Reach but staring Blue Team and how Master Chief is separated from his team going into Halo: Combat Evolved.

Never said chief would be in, i'd still like a game where blue team get serve a purpose other than spare bodies for coop in campaign and say 2 lines each then only have background chatter, i'd like some of the other spartans to make an appearance that serves more justice than what blue team received.

Graphics overhaul for Halo 3's campaign would require new, more powerful Xbone hardware I feel, like what Sony is doing with the PS4.5

Halo 3 was the only game in the MCC to run at a flawless 1080p/60fps, they'd need to sacrifice resolution and/or framerate if they want to pretty it up and still run on the current Xbone

You take things very literally. The forerunner planet at the end was just there to show that chief and cortana didn't die or drift forever, but that their story was done and they saved the universe anyways.
