population split seems even enough that it shouldn't affect much. twinstar makes it hard to tell the population which is a little shady

If Blizzard decided to do legacy servers and somehow did they the right way, it'd take them a significant amount of time to get things going. If you're having fun playing on Kronos then it won't be time wasted. It's not like they're going to open legacy servers next month or something. It'll probably be at least a year.

There was insane lag couple of days earlier prior to server crashing. Guess this time the isp cuts the server off as soon as it sees the ddos so we get no lag, just the servercrash.

If you mean the first crash on friday, I got no lag at all beforehand and was actually mid-cast when the d/c happened. Same thing happened friday of last weekend, only difference being they didn't make a big announcement of it, and the server was back up by 1am EST.

In any case even the nostalruse devs gave out traffic info at one point or another. Hopefully the slavs get to the point where the server comes right back up, because if this isn't bullshit they won't be stopping anytime soon.
