Mission Changes:
- Fixed a rare "Mods Disabled" Condition occurring globally that was only to be applied in Sortie missions.
- A new Sortie Condition has been introduced: Mods Disabled. No mods will be allowed during a mission with this Condition.
- Triggering any vault alarm in a Sortie Spy mission will now begin purging data from all online vaults.
- Inflicting too much damage on Capture targets will now kill them, instantly failing the mission.

Enemy Changes:

What Warframe makes you think" "Oh yeah that exists?" When you see it

Reverse spy would just be mobile defense. This game doesn't have the mechanics and enemy types to support true counter espionage, and DE aren't about to create the necessary assets. So all you'd be doing is shooting at another braindead horde as they rush towards a console someplace. Not setting up laser traps and sentries while an invisible foe edges towards a data vault.

For an Ivara Covert Lethality build, is the Ceramic Dagger the best for the faster attack speed? Assuming I'm not using it for anything but finishers, do I just mod it for attack speed, maybe primed reach, life strike for shits and giggles? Damage boosters seem besides the point.

Is there any point to using other daggers? I feel like I see arguments for every single one. Dark Dagger for the syndicate mod and free energy seems nice, but the aoe would alert enemies, right? And the sheev is good for what besides opening cans?
