The Vincent Marriage Mod is really fucking well done, there's a lot of different portraits the guy who made it edited so you have a lot of options for that. All of the dialogue is good and fits his character, and the events are really well done.
Vincent also helps you out on the farm a lot, and getting his favorite thing (Grapes) is really easy, so you can get him to marry you pretty quickly.
My favorite event is the 13-heart one, it gets pretty lewd.

Well if you want to know You run into Vincent playing in the dirt trying to get bugs, and he gets all dirty. He says he's going to go take a bath, and asks you to come with him. You then go the bathhouse, and Vincent, only wearing his undies, jumps in the bath with you.
He then swims around for a bit, then he stops and starts to tell you how much he loves you, and saying that he's happy you married him even though other people have given you and him weird looks and stuff.
And then he says to help clean him off with soap. He says that you tickle his tummy, but he tells you to keep going lower. Sound effects that happen and the faces he makes make it obvious what's happening.
Then it ends with the screen going black and him saying "Let me do it to you now!"

The "bans" you're talking about are most likely a moderator getting too literal with the rules which were probably intended to remove porn or overly lewd fanart from being posted and removing some posts.
