Niles is the highest priority out of those three since Forrest is just another Elise and Sophie is another Peri, whereas Nina actually contributes something unique by being the best Shining Bow user in the route. Niles needs a magic wife, so Elise/Nyx/Felicia. Leo, if you do want a good Forrest, also wants a good magic wife, but cannot marry Elise, so Nyx or Felicia. Sophie probably wants Charlotte as a generic option for a glassy meleer; you'll actually probably want to reclass her to Bow Knight so she doesn't have to be in the range of enemies to strike.

No idea who Kaze should actually go to, honestly. Merchant is a really weird class that I'm not sure how you're supposed to build. I know Midori is set up perfectly to abuse high Luck post-game, but it requires a lot to get to the point where you can start relying on Luck plus the big thing you would want it for, Miracle, isn't easily accessed on Conquest.

Also, not really sure about Kanna, either. S/he's probably just a worse you? You're best off using Levin Swords, but there's only like 2 of them and it's best forging them together, so ??. Maybe you're supposed to use his personal and Dragonstone tank, but Kana's defense is completely terrible and even marrying Benny doesn't really bring it that far up, and it'll fuck over his Magic to boot.
