Symmetra is probably the only support I enjoy playing.

What's hero do you want to see them add to the game? Character concepts, mechanical ideas, or what have you.

I want to see a bad-guy Omnic character. Maybe even a human who gave up their whole body and are now trying to wipe biological people from the face of the planet.

Also, a support or does buffs/debuffs instead of healing. A damage upgrade for allies, and maybe a damage or health debuff for enemies.

This. They need to re-label her as Defense and classify her as a Builder. Or else they need to give her healing of some kind. As is, her primary purpose is to build turrets.

Why is Mei allowed to be a character in the game? There has never been a character in a game that has had me seething with rage and fustration ever than when fighting a Mei. Her gun instantly freezes you on contact, then they run up to your face to head shot you in the most smug way ever. It's so fucking annoying. "Lmao, jus shot her hed, dun run!" That doesn't work, because whatever you do, she freezes you instantly with just the slightest touch of that ice thrower. And just when you think you kill her, she just regens all her health again in that stupid unbreakable ice chamber, then freezes you, then head shots you. I don't mind her wall, but everything else about her is so fucked.
