They have the potential to make actually useful Tandems. This one for example is one of the best I've seen, but if they could put it on some usable units...

The skillup ends as soon as Onward Captain ends, but it starts back up during the next event so just hold them for like a week

CD reduction socket only works once so it is pretty much useless in long-running battles like forests.

Most forest teams are rainbow teams and they don't contain any orb-controller. Orb and heal sockets are very valuable to get those matching orbs and to stall safer/longer.

problems with Porc Island

1) costs stamina to run
2) you are not even guaranteed a porc drop
2.5) even if you get a porc drop, getting an evolved drop has an even smaller chance
3) Before you say "but who gives a shit about 5 stamina" let me remind you that you only get porcs;if you get it evolved, good for you. But if you get unevolved ones, you need to evolve them first.
4) To evolve 1 porc, you need 2 baby turtles, and 1 pony/penguin/hermit crab. To get these, you need to run a 15 stamina turtle island, and a 10 stamina evolver island. You are not guaranteed a drop on neither of them, especially with the evo islands.
5) you cannot stock up on turtles or penguins from the fortnight islands either, since you generally get 2 turtles for every porc, and 1 penguin for every ~7-10 porcs.
6) meanwhile you get like 20 porcs/week just by running fortnight isles, and you even get baby turtles with it

Tl;dr: Using 3 keys to do 1 run of porc island where you either don't get a drop, or you need to spend like 25-40+ stamina to evolve ONE PORC is a complete waste of time and stamina.

Just use up a stamina bar or two every friday and you're set. PSY is the only colour we don't have yet.

I completely agree. I'm honestly always surprised when people here are always talking about turtle times so often. The only turtle times I've run recently were yellow turtle times, since they're so rare. I haven't run a single Friday one since they began, and I haven't done the Monday one in so long, I don't even remember when. My stamina always being used getting important skillbooks or farming story characters. Don't even know where people find the time for turtle times.

Elder turtles are awesome, but pigs > the remaining turtles, and pigs drop so easily during fortnights.

No big deal, just feed him to Enel and then pull another one.

I used to think that people with absurdly high scores were cheaters as well, but on some of them you can get some really high numbers with Mr.4. After i learned about that i stopped removing people on the damage ones.
I actually have never noticed that guy to be a cheater but then again, i haven't been paying attention for a while.
On the other hand you'd think that if you cheat on some you'd cheat on all to get the gems and +1mil bounty.

I'm almost at the point where i have too many bind and silence sockets on some teams. Although I do think that auto healing is pretty much useless for most things and I'd rather have matching orbs or damage reduction after bind/silence/cooldowns.

Yeah orb/heal in general is less useful than bind/despair/cd. But heal in some teams (slasher, SW Shanks, forest) and orb in forest teams are important.
