Imagine the enemy templar summoned 10+ members over few hours, and you can only use the summon skill once as the CD is 1 hour.

Diev is support, you throw down the silence statue around a spawn or a tower, enemy can't do jack shit. You usually go Plague Doctor which makes you borderline OP.
