Are the SFV servers acting funny for anyone else or did they finally ban for using trainers?

I can't find anyone in a ranked or casual match and I can't find anyone over 2 bars in battle lounge.

I have insane trouble with getting in without jumping

On ryu I want to get in without jumping to do s.mp c.mk xx hadoken but I just cant get close without jumping like a retard

I dash in and I eat a full combo and I cant just slowly walk up to them
