TODD ?

Is dead.

in your dreams

based OP, thank you for removing the buffscale cancer
Quests that stood out to me as having some choice and being unique
-Clear the location for Bertha and choose whether or not to let the cannibal fuck em' up
-Red Death quest, I don't want to say more for fear of spoiling it for others
-Missing synth was unique in its own way too, you're sent to investigate a missing synth only to find out he was eaten by cannibals, plus you are given a choice to do it peacefully.
-the quest to get the uncle to come home was unique too, but a bit too short and didn't give you enough time to prepare, it felt like a castle defense minigame of sorts, I liked it
-quest to get the power tools, choice you're given near the end to sell them to the cannibal for like 3k caps, ignore him, or just the sob and loot the money off him lol

and don't forget the main quest, way better writing than the vanilla game and 10x more choices

the npcs the dlc added were great as well, the trappers gave me some stalker zombie vibes, all the fog creatures felt unique and difficult in their own way, and dat fucking crab man, felt like an improved mirelurk queen
yeah, exactly man, this is the kind of this obsidian fanboys have been asking for all this time, this is how 90% of the quests in FO1, FO2, and NV were as well, only difference they is they had slightly better writers and maybe 5 more dialogue options for each of the skills, and now that bethesda has added this shit into the dlc there is still no pleasing them

Post your FO4 character's face for the portrait!

thanks cant wait to put it on my piper dickslave.

user the people in that image aren't wearing any outfits at all.

And funnily enough neither is my character. I couldn't find another way to get the hardbody mesh to show properly under the vest with clothes on. The vest and rigging are the C.U.T.E harness.

You are welcome, collar friend.

Are pose mods a thing yet?
I want to recreate this with Maxson and Danse

She looks like a terrorist.

ultimate followers mod when ?

Fuck me why do I always click on spoiler tags

What kind of random NPC comments do you wish were in the game? For me, AT LEAST for the BoS and Atom Cats for them to comment specifically on the different power armors you wear. Like...

>Mixed set
AC "Custom blend? I'm feelin' it, girl/man!"
AC "*Whistles* Now that's a nice blend, flows one piece into another."
AC "I'm seein' all kinds of different parts but you make it all move like one!"
BoS "Mixing it up? Not bad for optimizing, just make sure it's all compatible."
BoS "What's the matter? Couldn't find a whole set?"
BoS "Not regulation, but I kinda like it."

>Raider
AC "Kinda got an abstract art thing goin' there. I dig ya."
AC "Goin' for a post-modern style? Could use a graffiti paintjob."
AC "Damn, little kitty, that's some statement your makin' there."
BoS "Whew, you find that in the trash heap or make it out of the trash heap?"
BoS "Ugh... You know, Proctor Teagan can set you up with some armor. Real armor. That doesn't smell like shit."
BoS "PHAHAHAHAHAHAH- Oh, god, you're seriously fighting in that, aren't you?"

>T-45
AC "Vintage is always in style."
AC "That you got there? That's a beautiful classic."
AC "Ain't nothin' like a good ol' '45."
BoS "That hardware's pretty outdated. You sure it'll hold?"
BoS "Not the most advanced armors, but I always liked the feel of T-45's myself."
BoS "The Armor Museum's that way, soldier."

>T-51
AC "I love a nice '51, reminds me a jet fighter with legs. Sexy legs."
AC "T-51? You willin' to trade? I've been lookin' for one of those forever."
AC "A beautiful but dark reminder of the warmachine that got us here. Make it mean something more, brother/sister."
BoS "T-51, huh? We used to use those. Then we got something better."
BoS "T-51, huh? We used to use those, I really miss 'em."
BoS "Beautiful, isn't it? It's like you're jet fighter with legs."

Because the vast, VAST majority of the time they're just memes.

Kasumi isn't a synth

Sex mods when

I like making comfy little outposts at the little settlements i fix at but don't really care about. Great for survival. And I can lock em so settlers can't get inside.

Yo where is the hermit crab on the map?

These little touches are nice, but normally (read: in a well-thought-out RPG) they would only serve as minor additions to the game. Fallout4's biggest shortcoming is that the content itself (including the main and side quests as well) hasn't been made with the same thoroughness in the mind.

The dominance of 4-yes dialogues are prime examples for that. The design decisions all pointing towards one direction, showing what kind of values Bethesda prioritised during the development. If you compare those to the little touches you mentioned, the big picture is overwhelmingly one-sided.

Nope. Theres a reason they didnt have X-02 in the base game. Just you wait.

Why do people want sex mods for this game when sex mod animation have always been janky as shit and ass looking?

If you want video game pron, look/use at SFM stuff, at least the good SFM makres have made them look fluid and shit

What are some good anime mods?

Can someone upload a lvl 30 save? I wanna play the FH beta but have the PS version so will have to pirate the PC version and don't want to restart it again.

Can someone also link to FH torrent?

>Fallout4's biggest shortcoming is that the content itself (including the main and side quests as well)
I found them to be very enjoyable, and in most cases more enjoyable then either Fo3 or NV

>The dominance of 4-yes dialogues are prime examples for that.
Except it isnt, even Sawyer has stated the 4 option dialouge system did nothing to limit options, and only made them actually have to put things into logical flowing conversations rather then the(my own words here) help desk style list system of older RPGs

>Why do people want sex mods for this game when sex mod animation have always been janky as shit and ass looking?
Sex mods in skyrim are comedy gold. never played with defeat and immersive patrol? Shit was insane.

> Theres a reason they didnt have X-02 in the base game
Except they do you twit.

Its the MK2 upgrade for the X-01 PA

This one nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11043

Youre retarded lmao.

So you have a pc that can handle fallout 4 and you still bought a bethesda game on ps4?

Please tell me you aren't this clueless?

Its stated several times in Fallout 3 that the armor the Enclave is using is the same armor as what they encountered on the east coast.

Bethesda just changed the way it looks like they do with most everything in every game they make.

Bethesda changed it back to what it was in Fallout 1/2 in Fallout 4 becuase Fo4 changed a lot of shit, from Vault suits, to Super Mutants, to PA, to look more like it did in the originals.

Its the same damn armor, it just looks different for the same rason Zero's armor in the megaman games changes every other game, yet the series creator has said its the same armor the whole time, its called artistic updating.

Fallout 2's MKII Enclave armor = Fallout 3's Enslave armor = NV's remnants armor = Fo4's MKII upgrade for the X-01

End of story

FINALLY

Well this will take a while on this slow ass conection.

in addition to You'll also need your own ship: nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13011/?

obligator big-ass sword (even THE big-ass animae sword):

and the more reasonably sized but over-exaggerated-in-power katana

nice

I got this glitch too, I think it's because I loaded FH in 1.4 first then updated to 1.5.

My internet isn't great. I only want to download FH to see if it is worth the hype.

Reminder to buy the most fun weapon from Dejen in Acadia.

>Well... The Brotherhood of Steel has actually faced the Enclave before. Back West. More than thirty years ago, according to our chronicles. Judging from those records, I'd say their soldiers are outfitted in Advanced Power Armor Mark II. It's... pretty strong. Better than our Power Armor.
> Advanced Power Armor Mark II

fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Citadel_terminal_entries#Enclave_Tactical_Assessment_2
>Armor -- Advanced Power Armor Mark II

Its APA MKII across all the games you idiot. Its called the EXACT same thing

None of that proves me wrong. Try again dumb dumb.

>The BoS explicitly calling the armor the same and terminal entries saying its the same equipment as they encountered on the west coast dont prove you wrong.
Really?

holy shit you are deluded.

dat boi

So X-03 mod when?

Stop talking retard. You got btfo. Deal with it.

>Single-player game
>Needing decent internet
You don't deserve the things you have, user.

>btfo
>Hasn't refuted any of the point
Is this a troll?

See you in 3 days fag.

Comfy, beautiful landscape, fun new weapons and armor, some cool new critters to fight. Interesting but ultimately hollow factions, flat writing, anti-climatic "ending". Worth the time.

Okay I'll ask in new thread. What's giving me these greyed out perks?

Youre embarrassing yourself. Stop.

Look, after I walked to Duke (at the car wreck not far from the Sanctuary) in the EXACT same Power Armor that he has with the exact same "custom" paint job (the one he brags about) and he doesn't notice shit (the dialogue doesn't differ at all no matter what), I knew I shouldn't expect anything.

I'm glad you enjoyed, but that doesn't affect my statement in any way or form. Besides, the more interesting question would be why you enjoyed it, as it's totally possible that you value different kind of experience than I (or anybody else) do. For me, FO4/FO3 and FNV are totally different kind of "entertainment".

As for the 4-yes dialogues, it's only the more or less necessary consequence of the voiced protagonist. Simply because you can always add / modify text, while it's much more difficult with spoken word. The only occasion where it doesn't affect it when the dialogues are 100% done before the VA gets them.

I get Sawyer's point, but we're not talking about the same aspect (neither do you compared to my previous post, if we're in topic already) of the situation. 4-yes dialogues is not the root of a problem, merely the result of the lack of meaningful choices and (as I mentioned) to less extent, the voiced characters.

you dumb fucking nigger it's already in the game, right there in the upgrade menu for everyone to use, if you can't see that you're thicker than a house of shit.
Go drown yourself in a fucking puddle you retarded motherfucker.

Guys I'm trying to finish this warehouse home, where random shit is stored and scrapped.
What do I put in it to make it comfy/fill it up without ruining it?

Someone needs to contact your handler. Autism fit alert.

If I delete local content for FO4 then redownload it, will I have to validate game cache again if I did it just yesterday? Gonna start modding from a clean slate since I'm struggling so right now.

A fuckload more detail

Didn't it require Steam? Several times I have bought physical steam games and then they ended up being mostly installed from the internet.

So how do i start far harbor?

weak bait.

Listen for the radio broadcast Ellie Perkins puts out around level 15.

you need to have completed the "getting a clue" quest

For me it was after I blew kellog's head off.

>think of a character for FO4
>get their signature weapon and outfit and everything planned
>hmm, now what faction
>none

this happens every single time, I just don't want to replay the game because of it.

You could just go minutemen and Preston and the ones at the castle in the same way.

They need an extended Minutemen mod.

One that involves stealing Liberty Prime from the BoS and making him the ultimate American robot.

I also took screenshots of the things I already did for other homes, tell me if they comfy or shit.

...

whats up with the lightbulbs?

Spider friends when in Fallout 4?

...

Marine combat armor is Halo armor?

Even just a little thing like this would have been awesome.
Got any ideas for T-60 or X-01? The BoS would probably have something interesting to say about the latter.

Funny how people say automatron is a glorified, yet it had equally as many quests as the pitt and the restoring order quest had plenty of choices.

I require them to look more or less comfy ingame.

who knows

Press M to turn off editor markers

Thanks.
I'll keep it in mind for the next screenshots I make.

>Besides, the more interesting question would be why you enjoyed it,
Because they ranged in premise from Lovecraftian inspired mystery(House Cabot), to hijacking a drug deal for personal profit(Diamond City Blues), to helping a bunch of robot make a ship fly(Last Voyage of the USs constitution), to digging underground to rob Diamond City(The Big Dig), and along the way I could take a number of ways in order to complete those quests ranging from ranging from
-Siding with Bobbi to complete the heist even though she lied to you about who yo uwere stealing from.
-Siding with Fahrenheit to get revenge on Bobbi for lying to you about who you were stealing from
-Convincing Bobbi to stand down and give up without bloodshed because she got caught.

-You can side with the robots to help make the ship fly, or side with the Scavengers in order to sabotage the ship so they can break it down and sell it off for cash

-You can either help Jack kill his derranged father, or help his father escape years of captivity and take revenge on his family for looking up him and feeding off his immortal blood for so long, with the addition of being able to convince the Cabot's long abused bodyguard to betray them also.

I was given quests with interesting premises and the ability to complete them in multiple logical ways, you know, the thing RPGs do.

...

Almost done with the sculpt. Still need someone to texture the damn thing, I sure as hell can't do it.

...

Darren might want to help.

I'm quitting now.
Any stuff I should add ?

Maybe another room above that kitchen/sleeping area that you can access from the metal walkway, put a manager's office in there or something.
Swap the car over to the other side of the truck so it looks like it could have come through the door.
Also that back wall looks kind of bare, maybe shuffle the shelves back so they're against it or stick some extra storage/work area stuff there, like those olive cupboard units you find all over the place.
Scatter rubble shit around in the open area so the rest of the junk lying around doesn't look too out of place.

wait are people defending fallout 4's quests as fun and "what RPG's do"?

we /reddit/ now or what?

How the fuck do you start far harbor?

what am I supposed to fucking find in their house to continue the quest?

beautiful.

No reason we can't dream.

actually, yeah.

>T-60
AC "Cruisin' like a sports car down cracked roads, stomp' like a tank 'tween ruined abodes. Shinin' like an old world knight straight outta our dreams, clear the way for the T-60."*

AC "Damn, son/girl, now there's love on legs."

AC "Take a moment, just close your eyes, and feel. Wiggle your fingers an' shake those metal feet, love the embrace of steel"*

BoS "Now that's what I'm talking about!"

BoS "AD Victorium, brother/sister."

BoS "Hey, does the T-60 ride up a bit on the groin for you too? I never had this problem with T-45 or T-51, I swear."

>X-01
AC "Oh! Somethin' about that armor is givin' me the chills something fierce!"

AC "She/He moved like a storm cloud, ominous and cold. Their armor an black omen of the world of old."*

AC "Back that metal cowl up, am I really seein' that?"

BoS "We're under at- Oh, sorry. I'm still shaken from DC."

BoS "I wouldn't walk around in that around the rest of the Brotherhood if I were you."

BoS "You had better have found a dead Enclave soldier or killed the previous wearer for that."

BoS "The X-01 isn't so great, I scrapped plenty of them back in DC."

BoS "Be careful wearing that, a lot of us lost good friends to people wearing that exact armor."

BoS "Get out."

BoS "Get out of my sight."

BoS (location dependent) "Get that shit off the Pyrdewyn, now/Get that shit out of the Station, now/Get shit out of the Airport, now."

*I now realize Atom Cats should have at least one, short poem for every type of armor plus mix and match.
