I'm having trouble deciding on a first PvP build. On my first run, I had some fun pvping with the gotthard twinswords, and I was thinking about doing a quality build with them refined. I also heard that the raw Astora's Straight Sword is good for PvP. Is this true? Negating major stat investment into str/dex could open up some fun build possibilities.

You know how Cemetery of Ash and Untended Graves occupy the exact same location?

Well that means assets from Lothric Castle are loaded in Firelink, even in the normal Cemetery. Because of this, there's a large amount of assets that all need to be loaded at once, and might not succeed in the short amount of time you could run out of Firelink and into the Cemetery, so they block you off with fog gates.

At least, that's how it works on consoles.
On PC, if you noclip through or teleport your way past the fog gates, nothing happens at all.

From was just too incompetent or too lazy to remove them for PC or program them in a way that they would account for loading times. They just have a flat duration.
