Soldier 76's rifle already does increase in spread after the first three shots first, dummy. Burst firing at the head beyond close range is already a thing.

I agree with the Zenyatta changes, but his Orb of Destruction damage needs to go down if his health goes up. 45->35 would be fine, he'd still hit like a truck but he wouldn't two-shot 200 health characters with Discorded headshots.

I could live with the passive self healing having the same delay as shield regen as long as amp it up still healed you instantly. Disabling his gun while amping would be terrible.

I don't play characters exclusively, but if I'm on the attacking side I generally prefer Tracer and Zarya when defending. I don't think of it as maining and using one or two characters exclusively, I just gravitate towards them. I switch it up a little bit
