Why are you pushing for this? This general can't even get together properly for a drop party, why want an event with a group of players most of us dislike?

If you want us to do something as a group, plan it but not with people we don't like being associated with.
Also, two months in advance? That's stupid. If you want to plan something in advance, do it a week or two tops, not two months. Most of the people in this thread reading this will be gone by then.

i planned last year's event about a week in advance and i got a lot of people complaining there wasnt enough time to properly plan something like this. 2 months is enough time to get the word out and organize an official event with /r/2007scape and people on the general who don't check the thread often.
