My logic was that Puttel and Chemo are so ingrained in the general and either destroy it or are incapable of being eliminated. The god tier is reserved for the most infamous drama mongers. High tier is anyone who comes around a lot and is recognizable. Mid tier is most ebins. Low tier is literal whos and old ebins who have stopped playing/lurk.
