Robin of Loxely will probably be a better Archer than Robin, but Pierre Basile who is probably Assassin seems like a Jing Ke-tier nobody in terms of strength.

He's the first Saber I actually like.

Jing Ke has a far stronger established cultural legacy then Basile, even if Basile actually killed someone. Qin Shi Huang is also far more significant historically then Tricky Dick, if less famous in the west.

Basically don't expect Basile to be as good as Jing Ke unless Narita decides to wank him up.
