Almost every NPC is included in the new system. It's purely cosmetic this time around, and is a huge Cube sink of all types of cubes. You also can't get to the 3rd stage of Affection if you're the same Gender as the NPC (Some NPCs have same-gender max Affection enabled like Siran and Michelle).
