Roadhog hook (may need a Rein, Winston, or Zarya shield to get close)
Parah rockets
Widow snipe
Soldier rockets
Genji (use the E to approach melee)
Winston (place shield just in front of him but not ON him)
Dva (you might lose your mech but you'll definitely kill him)
Zarya + a teammate
Symmetra (charged shots will force him to unturret or die, the damage way outpaces the self heal)
Hanzo Q or W (may require a shield to help)
Seriously, he's easy to kill, just stop trying to run directly at him from a long hallway.

You could take Bastion out of the game and more people would be content with the decision than not. There's no need for a turret character when Tjorborn exists for that role. All Bastion does is make shit players feel better than they are, and good players don't bother with him. A camping turret character is absolute cancer to the community and it is better gone. The people who are saying "git gud" have no ground to stand on because when you git gud the character is shit anyways, all he does is pester the average pub match.
