it's all rng since all 4 bosses have a chance at dropping a stack, whereas lair/yeti only has 1 chance at dropping a stack but they take much less time for a full run

It does. Lair trash is way longer than than trash between bosses in asura. Maybe lair is comparable if you have a sin so you can kill both minibosses at the same time and have smn and wl for burst + root on chuchu otherwise Asura is far better.

That's the thing. I've only run Asura a couple times and I've seen much better stacks drop more quickly from snek 4s (with fewer people to split the stacks) but I figured I'd test it a few times to see.
