i was a complete shitter when the street fighter event was there (in fact it was my first event ever) and i was able to get both SFIV and SFV unknown and both characters but it took a lot of VH runs and it was boring as fuck

You can start now if you don't mind rerolling during worse rates. If you're waiting for legfest/an exclusive in your start dash you'll have to wait until at least the end of the month and that's probably not worth since there's currently double xp/half ap for story quests so it's a good time to start.
