Need advice on a build

SL120, gonna be a quality/pyromancy build. Plan on literally having 30 on Str/Dex/Int/Fth. I'm going to have a Twin Princes Greatsword and a Chaos Astora Greatsword to use, but I want to have a weapon for buffing on occasion.
What would be a good choice?

Welp, new character. Just so I dont fuck this up again, fextralife says that the pale shade will spawn after you anger yuria. This is probably a really dumb question, but does killing yuria count as "angering" her? If I kill her as soon as she spawns will I get the pale shade invades?

Oh whoops, I just copypasted that from fextralife without context, Im talking about getting yuria to spawn. I killed anri and horace at their first spawn in the farron woods, and apparently that stops yuria from spawning even if you get the 5 dark sigil levels before catacombs.

Litterally just use the WA in any direction and aim the swing, half the time bitches just roll right into it and get smacked for like 500 damage
