Depends. You can buy them with money, which is the easiest and imo best method if you aren't a poorfag. You only need to buy a bond with irl cash once to keep the ball rolling with gp to pay for it when you need it. Runecrafting, afk wcing, high level pvm, flipping, and doing bitch work (charging glories @ fountain of rune, collecting items that people would pay more for @ ge, etc) are all solid choices to "earn" bonds
