I never see anyone use it outside of raid even then barely anyone uses him in friend list anymore. He is a good sub sure.

Guys, I have a problem.

I'm currently going through the story mode missions on Syrup Village and I just did mission 8, but the moment I finished it the game said that it was a new day and forced me back to the announcements and such.

When I went back to Syrup Village I saw that it didn't unlock, so I re-did it, but nothing unlocked for me.

So now I'm sitting here with a mission that never unlocks no matter how many times I retry and beat it.

Does anyone know if there's a fix for it?

Did you try resetting? Are you sure you're using a pirate crew of below 40 (Friend Captain included in cost)? Otherwise you're gonna have to email Bamco about that.

Yup, the crew cost including the friend captain was below 40, and I tried exiting the game but nothing happened. I even went so far to do the other version of the mission in which all units need a psy orb.

I even tried beating another mission in hopes that it might activate both at the same time but no luck.

The only thing left is to try and beat all other missions and hope that it somehow triggers that way.

I would definitely email Bamco about this. They normally listen to these sort of things. And it might mean a free gem for the rest of us.

Good thing it did because the two missions I have left after that are the cola and black baby turtle ones. So if the fix was to beat all other missions then I'd be here for ages.

I would save for the next actually good sugo.
It's not like any of the kid characters are actually any good, so unless you really want that complete pokedex save it.

Save them for a raid or use them on uprading your box.

Buggy could easily be a reverse of Sengoku and boost units above a certain cost, although not as extremely as Buddha-kun does, and barring himself from the effects. He could have his timeskip outfit too.
Kuma could really use a legend unit too, but his Raid makes him one of the best subs in the game already, iirc. I'd be nice for Bamco to make one for him though, Kuma is dope.
