I'm willing to spend 1€ per 1h of fun and I got 41 hours of fun from the beta alone, so I consider it absolutely worth it.
If you can get potentially hundreds of hours of fun from a 40€ product, it might be worth considering.

That's almost 10% of my monthly paycheck after taxes, such is life in eastern European post-communist shitholes.

I played the beta and fully expected it was free like Hearthstone or HOTS, what the actual fuck Blizzard? In no way is the game worth 40$, there's nothing in the game besides one or two modes, 20 or so heroes, small and short maps with one route?

The thing is I have another shooter I enjoy playing already I could just stick to instead but the thing that's most appealing about Overwatch is being part of something that's actually popular and has a large community. If I'm buying it at all I'd like to experience it at launch.

In concept art sure but that in game model is horrible, even Widowmaker isn't as much of a butterface as her.
