Neptune and Plutia are lovers.

...

...

You can call me the Nepnowayfag because there's Nepnoway Noire and Nep would ever want to be with anyone else!

THANK YOU PERFECT HEART

I LOVE YOU

stop trying to change a term made when Nepgen used to be good.

I'm just bringing sexy back and there's Nepnoway that's a bad thing.
Just like there's Nepnoway I won't enjoy this pairing.

Vert is best goddess.

What's your opinion about Noire's Heart Dimension not being Nepnowa? Were you disappointed?

They're just a boring old complete opposites pairing.
>Both main characters
>one's tsun the other's genki
>one slacks the other works hard
You enjoy boring pairings. I bet you like MariAli and MadoHomu too.

Why are you still replying? Can't you see the added y?

I didn't care. I'm not a particularly rabid yurifan... I just enjoy Neptune and Noire together.

Answer the question please.

Do you smell what the Nowa is cookin?

I see. I retract my statement and respect your view, then.

...

What's wrong with adding a y?
There's Nepnoway this makes the ship any worse. They're still super cute together!

Shitty forced leftovers pairing, it's almost as bad as the shity forced main characters pairing.

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

I respect your opinion.

youtube.com/watch?v=UsnRQJxanVM

why does this look familiar?

here

found it, I think

How good is her cooking?

I thought it was Saint Seiya

If you listen to her drama CDs, apparently it's pretty good, despite her never really cooking before.

could be but the faces look similar to

Who cooks for her then?

What if noire was your imouto

I would give her all the love she deserves.

I listened only Uzume.
>despite her never really cooking before.
Perfect Goddess is perfect in everything.

Basilicom workers?

She's rich, so presumably a chef.

On the topic of cooking, which Neps do you think can cook?
Neptune: Orders out a ton
Noire: Personal chef or dines out a lot
Vert: Personal chef
Blanc: Seems like she would know basic cooking
Plutia: Probably cooks really well, home cooking goes hand in hand with sewing.
Uzume: UMIO IS AN EMERGENCY FOOD SUPPLY

>She's rich
Wrong. Her nation´s rich.

Only top of the line for her.

So how and what do you think she eats?

>Vert: Personal chef
Do you really think she's a classy girl? Someone who sits at their room playing vidya isn't dedicated enough to leave the room and eat the expensive dishes. All she eats is garbage, which is why she's fat

>Uzume:
Her grilled fish is good.
IF: 1000 and 1 way to cook worm, grass and leaf.
Falcom: same.

Uzume would eat Umio but not that way

From V-II at least we know that Nepgear is good at making sweets and snacks (for Neptune), but is only basically competent at making normal food. Neptune can only do the latter. Also, if I remember right, Uzume was the one cooking for them in Zero Dimension, and they seemed to like her food.

>So how
As human.
> and what
Food.
Basilicom workers cook for her.

>Uzume/Umio doujin never.
Why must we suffer like this?

I also want to see Umio kraken up Uzume.

...

Using basilicom workers outside their job roles is STILL spending the nation's money on personal luxury. She should cook for herself.

Even if cooking for her IS in the job description, then that's no different from a chef and so there would be no problems in hiring one.

Speaking from an accountant's perspective, the only way workers cooking for her could not be painted as wasting national funding is if they cooked for her out of their own free will in spare time before/after work, which I highly doubt.

Far more likely she's just hired a chef.

>Planeptune civs keep asking me for money

Planeptune in all variations confirmed broke as fuck.

Depends on whether or not her personal funds are classified as national assets, if she even has any.

She could hire a chef utilizing her own funding.

It's not that she can't or won't spend money on a game console, she just gets a kick out of abusing Uni.

>Nepgear is the only one bleeding shares, Noire is getting zero shares per turn

That's a good point. Given how Kei referred to Uni as a national asset in Re;Birth 2 (haven't played mk2), I'm leaning towards yes, using personal funding would be deemed as wasting national equity.

If this is the case, she's probably not paid at all. This raises the question, though, of how money accumulated by her through questing and monster slaying is classified, since she seems quite happy to use it herself.

You could argue that it's just a disconnect between story and gameplay. I hate it when writers do that, because it's a total cop out.

I realistically would think the same if Noire isn't acting like a bitch in front of Nep for some reason.

>Neptune keeps asking me for money to buy pudding

Fuck off already, i am gonna declare war on you if you keep that shit up

>pic
Awesome scene, yeah.
>she just gets a kick out of abusing Uni.
In this context "she" is Kei.
>kick out of abusing junior
It´s refreshing and funny, trust me, I´m elder brother.

I got lucky on my first try playing the mod, used Neptune, had Nepgear and Plutia as neighbors, and our Tripartite Planepact dominated the world.
Neptune can be pretty good if you last long enough to fulfill the parlor quests so you have access to your cities. At that point Histoire becomes a great buff instead of your lifeline.

>Given how Kei referred to Uni as a national asset

Neptune's actually obscenely ridiculous once you get quests and are built up. Getting there is hard, and thus the AI sucks at her.

I play as Vert and I have Neptune and Nepgear set as a team and they still manage to fuck their money out the window. And I play on Emperor difficulty.

For some reason Ultra Blanc really hates Plutia though.
And Noire just hates everyone.

I should make a deity game where I play the 4 hyperdimension civs, have Uni and Nepgear set as a neutral team and actively try to destroy the Ultradimension civs

I forgot that line. I guess that puts an end to that question. I would then like to know from a lore perspective how her accumulated questing funds are handled, but that's probably expecting way too much from this series.

Presumably Noire and Uni retain personal funds via a stipend granted by the state, presumably set by Noire in negotiation with Kei. Questing rewards are also kept by the both of them. They bring dividends to the state by their good works, increasing faith not only in themselves.but also to the state they head. You could parlay this into a number of different ways of making money: general sense of safety and well-being brings in immigration and sets the conditions for a functional economy, increasing the employment and tax base; faith in the Lastation state leads to faith in state-run or state-invested enterprise, from which Lastation draws revenues; faith in the strength of the Lastation state and economy allows for a Lastation central bank to issue highly valued bonds, etc.

Just think of it this way
The money cap in RB1-3 is 100 million
Now go look up America's national gross budget for just about everything (it's a couple trillion dollars from what I recall)
100 million versus an anual budget of trillions is nothing more than peanuts.

Perhaps money from quest?

>presumably set by Noire in negotiation with Kei.
I don't think she'd have the option to ever negotiate with Kei, seeing as her purpose for existence is acting as guardian and autocrat of Lastation. Coming from a long line of predecessors, too. It's probably instinct for a goddess.

Certainly, I can see the value in writing off Noire's accumulated equity as goodwill for intangible benefits. That's probably a better explanation than we'll see in the series, so this is now my headcanon.

Absolutely. Vert's image is meant to be as the elegant and graceful goddess, which is also why she's soft-spoken, well-mannered and her speech is overly polite.

Please respond.
My repost got deleted for some reason.

The reason being that it's shitposting

Bet they're all cute

...

Reminder that tangerines kick ass.

those clothes on Vert look like they're about to burst

Who is this perfect girl?

That's a clock, not a girl.

not a Nep and a generic harem chick

She is best girl

Not Kurome.

Noire 2.0 Mad Edition.

Perfect clock!

Not as perfect as this girl.

>Necloth_of_Trishula.jpg

Kurumi have better plot

Aisha's chest is perfectly sculpted for a different audience.

...

Just another chuuni.

>Kurome vs Kurumi

...

It'll just end with Kurome bullying Kurumi into inversing.

The multiplayer being able to done in single-player mode, was that in the original Japanese release too? Or was it added for the international version?

Cause that solves the problem for the inevitable Steam release, if they can't make it multiplayer like they failed to do with Monpiece, it's still playable.

I wasn't aware I was scared away.

>spankfag
>ghost
>hetshit
>Noire guy
pick one

it was in the jp release

The Noire guy isn't hetero?

They just need to ask Valve to use steamworks for multiplayer and not have it cross-platform with vita players in case they are worried about cheating.

Stop answering to yourself.

So is the SeHa game a sequel to Megadimension?

I am playing through Geki Blanc and there doesn't seem to be any references to Megadimension. So disappointing.

If Uranus and Uzume were Neptune's predecessors, who was the predecessor of Noire? Or Blanc? We know in Ultradimension that Blanc has been alone for a very long time, hundreds of years if not more, but what about Hyperdimension? Leanbox is too young to have anyone before Vert (as evidenced by her lack of a daydream during VII), but Blanc and Noire's dreams were obviously the memories of the former CPUs of Lowee and Lastation.

All non-mainline games aren't canon to anything besides themselves. They're all self-contained to the point where the fan name for the dimension that NeptuniaU takes place in is "3rd Superdimension" because there's been 2 other Superdimensions previously (HDN1 and Re;Birth1).

Wait for the next game

SeHa is even less canon than the spin-offs
