Honestly, why would anything change if Undertale cam out for the WiiU?
Undertale runs on any fucking computer, a toaster from the early 00's can run UT.

It wouldn't be the same. Anyone with a hint of interest in the game has already watched or played it and knows the story and secrets. If we somehow attracted newbies who know nothing about the game, we'd just erupt into arguments that drive them away due to their lack of knowledge.

What we could maybe hope for is a reawakened passion in people who visited here frequently in the past or produced artwork but have since moved on.
