The most frustrating thing about this game to me is the fact that I have to look to the left to know the name of who's talking, when DR1 and DR2's Island Mode perfected the way the normal HUD should have been handled.

That has nothing to do with the HUD, that has something to do with the difficulty of the game. Correct me if I'm wrong, but DR1 never gave you more than five Truth Bullets to work with in any phase, whilst DR2 gives you up to nine Truth Bullets at times. I don't really think that's a fair comparison. What I'm saying is I like the cleaner look of DR2's HUD as opposed to the whole 'let's have a circle with words because why not' deal that DR1 has going for it.

Would be though not sure I'd be a fan of the selection of characters because if they go J Stars route with adding in

Does SC even have enough notable franchises to do a J Stars thing with Atlus? I mean all I know about is DR and ZE and that's it and even they're not that notable.

I liked HUD from the first game. New one is too clean.

I'd be OK with this if SC developed their own DR fighting game and had almost everyone in it or at least the classes 77 and 78 along with AE and maybe V3 depending on how things go. DR3 FF characters and DR0 characters would be big maybes.

There's something I realised about Komaeda's death. First, his right hand is impaled by a knife. This is similar to the first case of the first game. Second, he was tied up, which is reminiscent of the second case of the first game. Thirdly, he died of poison, which is similar to the fourth case. Fourthly, he had multiple stab wounds, none of which were the cause of death, the spear that impaled him impaled him and the fire are all qualities that are similar to the first game's fifth case.

I don't know if there is a connection to the third case, but there probably is.
