I presume you're I've been floating around ENBs in search of something that suits my perfectly, and while I could upload the ENB I used for that shot, what you really want are the sky settings that I got to make the game look like that, right? I could just describe those. I use Horizon of Dreams for the night sky, adds galaxies and other space stuff to the sky. Great mod. Then I boosted the star intensity very high, not so high that it's all blinding white, but high enough that the brightest parts of the sky are almost blinding. Did the same thing with the aurora intensity, just short of blindingly bright. As a forewarning, it doesn't look like that ALL the time, clouds do get in the way and sometimes the aurora doesn't show up, but occasionally it does. I didn't set up that shot, I was playing regularly when I saw it and I just lost myself. I think it's best that you tweak these settings yourself so you get something that works for your current ENB, should you really like what you have now and not want to change just to experience stargasmic skies.

Also, I should note that the color correction settings are set to 2.4 Brightness and 2 Gamma, meaning colors are kind of broken, not extremely, but just enough so that you can have some fun with it.

You can lookup the weather codes on one of the wikis. Certain ones produce auroras at night, if you wanted more screenshots.

I know I can, it's just that I don't go to such lengths as to warp the sky to my liking for a screenshot. I do warp them for experimenting to see if I can give dawn, sunrise, day, sunset, dusk and night their own unique colors. For funsies.

Also, Notice Board quests can be fun sometimes. I forgot I had to save Rustlief from Bloodskal Barrow, and after I took a moment to breath, I went out, killed two Reavers, turned my back to loot a chest or two and there he was, talking about how people in Dawnstar don't get good sleep.
