I've seen that, but it's hard to believe that's actually all that was released, since that's just two weapons, a recolor of Blanc's regular school uniform, an extra accessory and Nepgya. Action U had more stuff than that.

I'd guess she's around the height of the twins. The only characters I can think of smaller than that are Peashy and Histoire, and Abnes is just a womanlet, not a full on midget.
Gust (before the retcon removed her and Nisa-chan) was the 2nd shortest character in the franchise at 112cm (shorter than even mk2 Histoire who is 117cm), and only 1cm taller than P-ko.
There are two translated visual novels in which she has voiced a fuckable main character - Koichoco and Yumina the Ethereal. Hopefully soon, Majikoi A will be added to that list. All the rest, you'll have to learn Japanese to enjoy.
