That happens to me sometimes when I enter my notifications before booting NTR. Just restart 3ds and try again. If not I recommend using NTR 3.2 then. But just to be sure. You put the ntr.bin file on root of sd card. Put one of the ntr.cia on root of sd card. Use BBM or FBI to install. NTR should be working and ready to boot.
