Rodelero if you hate yourself. Sword2 if you want to halfass PVP. Hoplite if you want to use Spear for some reason. Cataphract if you want the outfit and like getting on and off your mount.

I have an important question.

Will swordsman skills work if I switch to Cata and a 2H spear? Spears don't have pommels and you generally don't slash with them, so I'm curious whether pommel bash and slash skills work with 2H spears. And do I have to use a 2H spear as a cata?

This linker I played with earlier was very useful if you ask me. The sharing of damage and pulling every mob into a single spot made it so easy for me, as a swordsman, to slash them all to bits in one strike.

I'm partway into the Ranger, around Character Level 33 or 34. I can redo this with another character and not hate myself entirely at this point, but I really want to go Wugushi.

Is Sapper necessary? Should I redo this with Quarrel Shooter instead of Ranger (Stone Shot is good, I understand)? I feel like my Archer and Ranger will be useless and pointless except as "shit I have to do to become something useful."

You don't have to reroll unless you stat up a literally useless stat for your class. There aren't any strict stat builds in this game.

You can take the circles in whatever order you want. I would suggest going Cleric 1 > Krivis 1 first to make leveling easier.
