The next one could be a multiplayer event which wouldn't need a new song, I doubt they'll recycle an anime song for a token event since those seem to be their main ones but who knows with this game. I'm guessing that they're also having some kind of issues with new content from the fact that they're repeating this gacha so shortly after the last time they did it but that might not have anything to do with events.

I think this gacha is honestly just filler until the surprise ticket goes away. Also while I do sort of see your point about token songs I think anime songs could be used for them. Token events are just always guaranteed new cards, whereas Grooves and Caravans will sometimes recycle old ones. But Grooves and Token have both used preexisting songs and totally new songs before so neither is really exclusive one way or the other.
