The point of using RUM to go into Ophion is to improve the original deck (Phantom Knights), you should be coming up with combos that make you go into stronger dark xyz monsters.

Wait a minute, this is mandatory, this means that if you summon Starve Venom with these, all your opponents monsters become level 1, so you can't use Starve Venom's effect copying since it only works on evel 5 or higher.

Obviously, I just find it hilarious that the deck Konami and the Anime want you to use Starve Venom actually goes out of its way to prevent you from using it properly.

We can only hope any additional predator plants aren't total garbage.

Only half of PKs and Speedroids see any use, so we can hope the same happens here.

If only Predator Plants made the monsters level 11 or 12 instead, that would guarantee that the opponent can't do anything with them.

Also, the Predator Plants and Starve Venom have so little synergy to the point of one being a hindrance to the other because plot twist: Starve Venom is actually a benevolent being while the Predator Plants symbolise the dark side of the Fusion dimension i.e. wanton wrath and destruction
