No, so far I'm just trying to make minor improvements to gameplay and add some provinces here and there. One example of a change is a tweak to the cultural unity decision, which no longer requires a national focus or magistrates, so a unified France can't get balkanized anymore because it purges all the cores of the French minors. I'm planning on making exceptions for core removals for the big powers and tweaking the function inside the HRE so all the minors states don't immediately get their cores removed after annexation unless Germany manages to pop up and end it all.
