As for the PA and melee weapons, There are a few things. Shotgun Axes, ballistic fist, An oversized telephone pole that takes 20 STR to lift, or something. A pair of bracers that turn every heavy attack into a suplex. Broken bottles and Wrenches. Oh, and Pocket Sand.

Did you install the textures? The aren't in the main folder. You have several different texture folders of varying resolution to choose from. This happened to me as well.

An ENB "working" with a weather mod only refers to whether or not the ENB was made with the weather mod's colors/imagespaces/etc in mind.
