Blonde hair and blue eyes are both recessive. It's possible to have someone who is a half or a quarter Asian with those features if there's Aryan blood in each parent. So if for example Anne's mother is a halfsie and her father is a quarter and by some incredibly unlikely chance they both have the recessive alleles they can give birth to a blonde-haired blue-eyed Asian child one out of every 8 times.

It's bullshit but it's technically possible enough for them to get away with it.
