is correct, you can see all the flags from the other player's save, but the only ones you can actually do anything to are elevators.

It means you trigger the flag in another player's game that indicates something has been activated, like a new area reached, a door unlocked, a bonfire activated, a shortcut turned on, etc.

Doing any of this to your own game via CE is a surefire way to trigger an invalid game data warning (and consequently a softban), so if it's possible to do this to other player's games, it means there'd be a new method of triggering softbans on other players that doesn't involve the methods fixed by the hotfix.

I actually agree but I'm counting weapons with actual innate scaling for elemental damage, Drakeblood has no elemental scaling at base and at its best is a quality/dex GS that benefits more then usual from resins.
