For example it also makes no sense that wirecutters don't protect you from being shocked when you cut a wire, but the reason it's like that is because otherwise any shmuck with access to a toolbox could run around cutting wires and electrified grilles without penalty.

The horrible act was hitting people with a really long titled book, which made the attack action spell out something obnoxiously long such as "you got hit by the clowns 3 foot long tripod" but with more goofy details and dragged out into 4-6 lines. More people asked how I even did that than telling me to stop or fuck off.
