There is no west server anymore. It was too dead, so they merged both servers into one north american server. You'll most definitely have to change your name too.

What chron set should I get first as a DT?

If you want to be the best holder in the game, get Light Naught

If you want to do damage get Collector Killer

Collector Killer is for damage, and is for now better than Light Naught

Light Naught is for holds, which slightly increases the duration of deadly cape and increases the damage of Destroyer.

Destroyer isn't what is used to be anymore, so aim for Collector Killer first, then go for Light Naught

Most people for Collector Killer should aim for 6 pc Equip + Sub Equip Collector Killer and 3 pc Gigantic Presence, but getting the 3 accessories is going to take forever, so 9 pc will do you good

9 pc Light Naught is good too, increases Destroyer and Deadly Cape's damage
