My grandfather played King's Field religiously before he died from pancreatic cancer. He would swear to anyone that would listen that it was the greatest game ever made.

I still have his notebook for games that has his list of every Buy/Sell price for every item at every shop in the game, all painstakingly done by hand. It also has a couple hand drawn maps, as well as sections on Myst, Riven, and Return to Castle Wolfenstein.

Yes, use Cheat Engine (make sure to be offline and disconnect your internet for safe measure), use up any or most of the tongues you gave yourself while offline and once you're back to the same amount of tongues before go back online.

I've done this with all covenant items and rewards for all my characters and still not softbanned yet.

I legit hate all of the bosses in Dark Souls 1 from a mechanic standpoint and most from a lore stand point.
They're one of the ones I like thematically but they suck so much from a gameplay perspective.

God damn, I don't even do anything besides use a hard counter. If anything you should go "Oh wow it's something I can't fight against I should change my attack style" but you go "wow what a tryhard for using something that wins against me" You don't even try to parry anything either.

Anyone having weird problems with NPCs loading in really fucking late?

I keep summoning in for co-op / invading and the other players can take 10-20 seconds to actually appear.

I've also seen some weird shit with enemy NPC's in my own game. Like the 3 winged knights are spawning late and won't trigger properly without waiting a certain distance away for them to appear before approaching them.

There are Phantom Param entries where what mixtures of colors are used for the overlay are laid out. They don't have it set up like Aldirch Invaders are Blue aura+Red aura, they had to specifically code it to appear like that,

There are some that don't seem to be used by the game elsewhere, some that are identifiable as current phantom colors and some that are just weapon buffs.

can the sacred bloom shield (spell parry shield) parry melee attacks? I feel like it should be working but it isn't. Am I just being shitty? I can parry pretty easily with other small shields, but this one seems to throw me off.

Just dodge, most washing pole users will get overly aggresive and leave themselves open to a counterattack/parry. Or a shielded estoc poke if they aren't in parry fish mode.
