The teeth as you said is expensive and can be pushed back because of that, but you should take care of your hair a bit better, with better nutrition to help them grow and stay healthy also shampo that don't strip your hair of all essential oils. Maybe throw in a conditioner to help them recover if needed.
Just making the hair look a bit more cared for would have a big impact how good you look. Please, consider being more caring for your hair.
