Kaze should be your designated Mage-killer. Inspiration is way more important on Felicia than Tomebreaker. If you want to keep Felicia in Maid it would be because you either want her to be a little bit more bulky, you already have too many Tome-users (quite possible), or you really want to be able to use Bifrost in endgame.
