Yes? It can be reduced if you keep your fps under 60, and the fewer HDT bits going, the smoother it is. It also depends on the .xml settings you have installed. A lot of them are extra bouncy and compound the problem.

I've been retail and service industry pretty much all of my working life. Weekends = guaranteed to be working.
