Compa could literally have a Trauma Centre replica. She gets hired as a surgeon in a hospital at Gameindustri but she's special in a way. Blanc is your assistant, Vert is the director, Neptunia is a janitor, IF is another surgeon, etc. Later on in the game patients start to get a common virus kind of like GUILT, and its a virus that was manufactured by a terrorist organization run by a new girl named Atlus. Uni, Nepgear and Rom/ram work for Atlas to kill the world everyone with the virus.

Except the CDs were made by IF/CH. It's non-canon in the same way that the scene between Uni and Nepgear in Blanc vs Zombies: it won't have any bearing on the canon plot, but if those characters were in those situations, that is how they would act.
