I really don't get this new type of event in ML. I see some people sharing Debut/Normal/Pro/God audictions, but I don't see where to challenge these audictions.

The difficulty appears to go up automatically as you progress.

To challenge an EX-rank audition, activate your gauge, and before you pick your idol check the box to indicate that you want to use a Tiara as well.

A lot of gimmicks of these idols are real things.

I like how Kyoko was all nervous laughter while the other idols did silly/stupid stuff or when Yuka was all "we're almost there!" but as soon as Shiki dissed cleaning she went full rant mode.

It tends to be very exaggerated or more rare. Love-and-peace hippies are, all things considered, on the more mundane/banal side of things, but that in turn makes them relatively inoffensive (unless you're Cartman).
