It's also great for any random mage a secondary spec for the single point that lets you use heavy armor using your magic stat to satisfy strength requirements. there are several heavy armor sets that have set bonuses that nearly negate their own fatigue penalty, and also add mana regeneration. so you just run around with your normal blood mage spec but are also way tougher, without having to mess with melee combat or the high fatigue cost of actually using the arcane warrior mode

1's gameplay was fine though. It also had a better plot and world than Mass Effect 2 and 3

it was fine but it's hard to go back to, at least for me. everything is just a little wobbly or not that smooth which is fairly understandable considering it's nearly a decade old at this point

it depends entirely on the specific benzo, how much you take, and your personal reaction to each kind.

for example, Xanax is considered "the most addictive benzo of all time". except it's not usually physically addictive unless you take more than 2mg a day. I have been taking 0.5-1.5mg of xanax a day for the past decade and I can quit it at any time with zero negative effects. but someone else might have become insanely addicted in the same timeframe, to the point that they would literally have seizures and die if they stopped taking it.

I've also been prescribed diazepam, which did literally nothing for my anxiety or insomnia except make me (effectively) drunk at thrice the dosage of the xanax.

my brother was proscribed clonazepam (klonopin) briefly, and it helped him alot. when I was given the same, it did literally NOTHING for me.

tl;dr, benzos can be the perfect solution or a terrible nightmare, it all depends on your physiology and conditions. find a doctor who is open to the idea but understands the risks.

Eh, I liked Alistair and Sten more. But neither DA:O or DA 2 had really good characters to be honest. And Solas is probably the best in DA:I, though there's hardly any competition

Alistair had a decent bildungsroman-like arc I suppose, though it would have been even better if he didn't look 30. He was also quite annoying in DA2 and Inquisition (the king is making cheese jokes? Is this Buffy the vampire slayer? Now he hates the warden? What?), but that's pretty much every returning character.
I wish I could say I like Sten, but thinking about his philosophy after all the retcons just makes my head ache. It's almost as if they kicked him out to the mainland because he wasn't progressive enough compared with other spies like Iron Bull. It's also a bit lame how he became the Arishok with no good explanation in the comics.
