For uninstalling MCP what do I need to do? It has a folder in the mega but I don't know what its for. Do I just uninstall it and then install the new one without worry?

Normally you'd have to uninstall with the wizzard and use the "uninstall MCP" replacement files in the mega, but you can skip the replacement files if your're just upgrading. It would be slower with the wizzard, but AA2Install shouldn't have trouble with it.

And again, these updates obsolete the animation fixes and addon for MCP so you can get rid of those.

I thought it was Reiedit, but the clothes section is blank and there's no xml in the clothes pack or anything.

i had to do a fresh install of windows, but i managed to save my AA2 data

whenever i try to launch it it gives me this message

i'm not fluent in moonrune but I can make a pretty safe guess that this says something like "hey dipshit aa2 isn't registered to this copy of windows" or some such

is there anything I can do to fix this without having to fully reinstall AA2?

You can try the registry fixer.

registry entries tend to be wiped whenever you reinstall OS.

It says its not installed. What you can do Is install the game in the same directory it was before then just replace the new empty install with your old folder and it should work

How to manually install mods? Still getting Fatal Error when trying to install HEXA Hair and clothes so I just want to move shit by hand

Compare the files in your data folder with the ones the mod is trying to install. If you have any duplicates you need to decrypt the pp file in your data folder, decrypt the matching pp file from the mod and overwrite the contents of the file from your data folder then recrypt it and throw it back in
