I did it with Bishop with Io's staff and mist, Jeanne, Amira, Io + Sophia and Erica. I used 2 light buncles, Corow for blind, Baha for attack buff and Zephy to dispel her elem attack up buff
I don't know what elem and characters you have but you really need a direct heal and a regen if you can't burst through the last 20%.
