The skills don't scale well later on, so you're taking it just for steady aim. Steady aim is nerfed in itos, and if you really want it you only need 1 ranger rank to get most of the benefit.

If you want a musket then go a2 qs3 falcon musket.

Alternatives could be A2 R1 Wugu 2 Falcon Musket.

Any variation of qs3 or wugu or falcon or ranger 1 + rogue 1 will work.

You don't really want to level a character that can't experience both of these events in the game. It would be a waste of character slots. You could probably argue pve (as in, grind parties) but fletcher outshines wugushi in every aspect because they have far more consistent aoe clears. Not to mention wugushi can only live up to its full potential with a linker, but currently I haven't found any in my evac and storage parties, only a handful in truffle parties. Perhaps things will change as more linkers pop up.

A2 with wugushi is a good idea, crit step allows you to gap the distance with a heavy str build as you will lean towards str if you take wugushi. Even if steady aim wasn't nerfed it doesn't compliment wugushi's skills well, but seeing that you took falcon musket it could have been potentially good.

If you're going heavy dex you should disregard wugushi completely.

From my experiencem there isn't a whole lot downtime from musketeer if you consider your earlier rank skills, but then again I played on ktos with a buttload of lag.

Alchemist and Pardoner actually contribute to the game's economy, though, while AFKing in Bee just takes away mobs from people actually trying to grind there.

It's always hilarious when economies and gameplay mechanics in games are designed such that the best ways to make money are also the most cancerous.
