He was really awesome. Bald somewhat skinny guy with a mustache. Was a real professional, made money on his paintings in the past. Was always a sort of cynical and funny guy, but very passionate about art. Really hammered in the elements and principles of art into our heads, I still remember them today, and encouraged us in whatever medium we might feel like doing. Even the art history lessons were good, he just talked about the artworks and it wasn't a bunch of note-taking over historical dates.
The kind of guy who let you play your headphones in class during work because he knew that influenced the art.
He's kind of like Nomiya, definitely that boisterous if someone got out of line, the class was mostly chill though.

Those are the elements and principles of art, I can recite them on will now thanks to him. I know what each means to an extent as well. He taught a lot about common elements like shading and how it related to light sources, and human anatomy, things like that.
That doesn't mean I ever knew what I was doing in the class. I had been drawing for years but I'm not sure how much it helped, I never got all that great. Here's one of my drawings.

This one is Antichamber. I recommend this one to the Rinbros. The game loves making a point of bending its own rules and making you think twice about what exactly is right, though it tells you hints in the form of philosophical riddles to help you along the way. The colorations are very high-contrast and are pleasing to the eye in an abstract way. Besides that, it's a game about wandering halls and solving puzzles, if that's your thing then this game is a solid pick.
Let's try a riddle this time. This is an old favorite. A man needs to ship his sheep and lettuce across a river via boat. There is a wolf on the other end which will eat his sheep if it is left alone. His sheep will also eat the lettuce if left alone. He can only carry one object on his boat per trip.
